Nobody is going to tell you what to use if they did, more people would be purchasing those items with LP and selling them, thus driving the price down. Just like invention, production, and trading profits require you to be able to read the market and pick items that can make a profit, you have to do the same with the LP store if you're trying to use your LP to earn money. So much of it depends upon the local market that there are no hard and fast rules. The only remaining question is how fast can you sell them.

Take the sell price of a full batch of items, subtract that monetary cost of getting those items, divide by the number of LPs needed to buy that batch of items.
Look at how much those LP store items typically sell for. Look at what it costs you to get the item many things have a cost in ISK, sometimes with just a direct payment, and sometimes with an item that must be exchanged. The few times I've gone that route in the lower level missions I was running I was pulling near 2000 per. I've heard reports of 3500 per LP before. It's all based on demand and price for the items given by the corporation. To answer your question, first identify the least popular race for which missions are run. Likewise, Gurista salvage is worth less because there is so much of it. As such, Caldari LP is generally the least profitable as there are so many people offering the LP items in competition with one another. Since the most popular race of character, and ships to fly for missions, is Caldari, a good number of people fight for Caldari corps and kill Caldari rats (Guristas). Much as is the case with mission salvage, LP rewards are based on supply and demands. Whats the best that can be achieved on a regular basis? Who is the best Faction for LP to ISK conversion or can equal rates be gotten with all Factions? I see some people quoting 3500ISK/LP in some mission threads. Thread Statistics | Show CCP posts - 0 post(s)īest I can get at the moment is 1000-1250 ISK per LP with Amarr LP.
